The Indian Army has invited applications for the 66th (SSC) Short Service Commission (Tech) April 2026 Online Form for unmarried male and female engineering graduates, including widows of defence personnel. The online application process will be open from 16 July to 14 August 2025 on the official website joinindianarmy.nic.in. Eligible candidates with a B.E./B.Tech degree in relevant disciplines and aged between 20 to 27 years as on 1 April 2026 can apply. There is no application fee, and selection will be based on shortlisting, SSB interviews, and medical examination. Selected candidates will be granted permanent commission after training, with a starting stipend of ₹56,100/month and various military allowances.
