SAIL Management Trainee Recruitment 2025 has been officially announced by Steel Authority of India Limited for 124 Management Trainee Technical posts across seven engineering disciplines including Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, and Metallurgy. The notification was released on November 12, 2025, and online applications will be accepted from November 15 to December 5, 2025. Candidates with full-time engineering degrees having 65 percent marks and below 28 years of age can apply through the official website. The selection process includes Computer Based Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview. Selected candidates will receive a starting basic pay of Rs 50,000 per month during training and Rs 60,000 after successful completion with a total CTC of approximately Rs 16-17 lakhs per annum.
